John Files has been a bass player for forty years. Admittedly passionate about all gear bass, John started Bass Emporium to fill all the bass needs he could never get help with from other stores.

With twenty years in the retail trenches before launching his own store, John knows how to do the job right! In addition to offering great instruments and gear, the store has an in-store repair shop and offers lessons for all levels of players. The staff is completed by Kyle Wlech and Chuck Brown (also the Set-Up King), both of whom work hard to satisfy every customer's needs.
